Frommer's Review
Opposite the cathedral in the center of town is the domain of Nico and Angela Cornelisse and their son, Daniel, who offer one of the most extensive wine lists on the island. The atmosphere is reminiscent of an old-fashioned Dutch home. The kitchen turns out an excellent lobster salad and a sole meunière in a butter-and-herb sauce. You might also try fresh red snapper in garlic sauce, filet mignon from Argentina, or the rack of lamb with rosemary-port sauce. Game dishes, imported throughout the year from Holland, usually include venison roasted with mushrooms, hare, and roast goose. After years of dining here, we have found the food commendable in every way -- dishes are hearty and full of flavor, and there are selections for lighter appetites as well. Of course, as good as the food is, it never matches the impressive wine list.
