Hôtel Wilson ReviewOur favorite nest in Dijon, opening onto a pleasant square, this ancien relais de poste (coaching inn) dates from the 17th century and has been tastefully restored. Although it has been modernized and decorated with Burgundian wood furniture, many of the old wood ceiling beams have been exposed, adding authentic charm.
