Just outside the inexpensive bracket, this hotel is located right on avenue Hassan II. Hotel de la Paix has been around for a while and is popular with Moroccans, tour groups, and independent travelers. The English-speaking reception is always efficient and friendly. There are some recently renovated rooms that although still small now have nice contemporary furnishings and tile throughout, with large, modern bathrooms. The older rooms are still very adequate and are carpeted. Enjoy breakfast a few doors down at Le Paris.
