Frommer's Review
This is one of the better hotels within this price range in Fes's ville nouvelle. A grand reception area of zellij and marble leads to the in-house restaurant and a separate lounge and bar area, which gets quite busy with local clientele as the evening progresses. Rooms are comfortable, clean, tiled, and functional, with built-in wardrobes and a modern bathroom with 24-hour hot water in the bath/shower combo. The hotel is located on a quiet side street close to place Mohammed V and the area's restaurants, and is a 10-minute walk from avenue Hassan II. It's popular with tour groups, but absorbs the noise quite well when busy.
Tip: Inward-facing rooms would appear quieter but often catch the noise and live Moroccan music emanating from the popular bar below, whereas street-facing rooms normally aren't that noisy. Also, while breakfast is decent (and included), I wouldn't recommend the restaurant.
Facilities:
Restaurant; bar; elevator
