Frommer's Review
A fiaschitteria with superior sandwiches masquerading as a regular bar, the Antico Noè is popular with students and shopkeepers for its well-stuffed panini and cheap glasses of quaffable wine -- perfect for a light lunch on the go. The place is rather hidden, but you'll know you've found it when you see a small crowd gathered around a door in the shade of a covered alley -- though, I should warn you, the alley and adjacent tiny piazza have of late begun hosting a small community of vagrants and bums. You can order your sandwich from the list, invent your own, or (better yet) let them invent one for you. The sit-down osteria next door serves simple Tuscan dishes.
