Albergo Azzi ReviewMusicians Sandro and Valentino, the owners of this ex-pensione (also known as the Locanda degli Artisti/Artists' Inn), have created here a haven for artists, artist manqués, and students. It exudes a relaxed bohemian feel -- not all the doors hang straight and not all the bedspreads match, though strides are being made (and they've even recently discovered some old frescoes in room nos. 3 and 4). You'll love the open terrace with a view where breakfast is served in warm weather, as well as the small library of art books and guidebooks so you can enjoy a deeper understanding of Florence's treasures.
