Yes, it's expensive, but the Mediterranean-infused seafood dishes are worth every penny. Try the skewers of diver scallops and braised short ribs with summer truffle reduction and truffled cauliflower or the fire-roasted Chilean sea bass with basil crumbs, white beans, and garlic spinach in a tomato basil broth. Out of this world. Menu changes often so you may find other dishes equally as excellent such as the oven-roasted sea bass with sautéed baby watercress, braised cherry tomatoes, fingerling potatoes, raisins, capers, and Kalamata olives. Reservations here are hard to come by, especially in season, but the Trina Lounge is also a great option, offering lighter -- and cheaper -- fare with high-style ambience. Although we love the buzz of the indoor dining room, request a table outside overlooking the ocean.
