Frommer's Review
Formerly spring-break central, the Elbo Room has actually managed to maintain its rowdy and divey reputation by serving up frequent drink specials and live bands. Ironically, it was almost torn down until the Penrod family of chic and sleek Nikki Beach fame bought the place to keep it alive. No matter what, it'll always be a beloved dive, though! Open daily from 10am to 2am.
