Frommer's Review
In the centro storico (historic center) near the old port (on an alley across from the aquarium), this lively, white-walled and wood-paneled room lives up to its name -- dialect for Old Genoa -- with expertly prepared Genovese dishes. Because the restaurant is very popular with Genovese from all over the city who consider this their favorite place to dine, you may well be asked to share one of the crowded tables with other diners. Pasta with pesto is excellent; follow it with a fine selection of fresh seafood.
