Opened in 2007 in the fashionable Prince Square shopping center, this bar/bistro is a stylish place to sample some specially sourced fish. Almost all of the dishes say quite specifically where the key ingredients come from, and in most cases they try to get their fish and seafood from the most reputable and sustainable sources. Full marks for frankness--and then doing a good job with preparing the raw materials, as well.
