Two blocks west of Central station, this contemporary seven-story hotel was once surrounded by dreary commercial buildings, but the neighborhood is slowly changing. It is a viable option near the center of Glasgow. You check into a rather cramped area, but once upstairs, the rooms are more inviting -- although they, too, are small.
