Start things off with your selection from their long list of creative mojitos and martinis. Appetizers range from sushi to Peruvian-style shish kabobs to ceviches, to large mixed plates to share. For a main dish, try the pork in adobo sauce served with rice and beans, or the sesame-crusted seared tuna. Be sure to save room for dessert. You can't go wrong with their signature Suspiro de Angel Asiatico, a light custard of mango, raspberry, and passion fruit topped with toasted almonds and caramel.
