Heading to the Beach: Life's a beach at a number of Hong Kong Island destinations, but families can make an excursion out of it and take a ferry (kids love that!) to one of the outlying islands like Cheung Chau or Lamma, where there are beaches with lifeguards, changing rooms, and showers.
