On the second floor, above a less expensive pizzeria under the same ownership, this smart-looking restaurant with a crisp, white, minimalist interior boasts a friendly staff and authentic Italian cuisine. Ingredients are flown fresh from Italy, and the pasta is homemade. Recommended are the osso buco braised in Barbera d'Alba wine and served with saffron risotto or the pan-fried monk fish medallions wrapped in pancetta ham and served in a porcini mushroom sauce crowned by grilled shrimp. You can also order pizza, which comes with a crispy-thin and delicious crust. There's also a small bar, with windows that open to the madness of Lan Kwai Fong below.
