Outside of hotels, this is the only French restaurant with a view of the harbor, and its convenient location in the ifc mall next to Hong Kong Station makes it a popular venue for well-attired business professionals. The friendly staff delivers fixed-price lunches that provide a choice of main dish and accompaniments. Dinner entrees, with an emphasis on freshness and seasonal choices, can include the likes of pan-roasted codfish, mushroom ravioli and creamed beans with capers in a butter sauce; roasted spring chicken; or pan-fried Dover sole. Avoid the lunchtime crunch; otherwise, instead of gazing on dreamy views of ferries coming and going, you might be shunted to one of the tables placed out in the shopping mall.
