Reopened in 2007, following a complete renovation by British architects, the Adriana’s interiors are roomy and full of light, with design details that are slick and contemporary. Guestrooms come with sensual glass-walled bathrooms and suites have the extra indulgence of a whirlpool bathtub. Up top, the vast Sensori Spa offers a host of beauty and massage treatments. The heated seawater pool there has a retractable roof, making it either indoor or outdoor, depending on the season. Also on the roof, The Top lounge bar serves cocktails and finger food, with amazing views over Hvar Town and out to sea. On the ground floor, steakhouse Butchery&Wine, overlooking the harbor, opened in May, 2014.
