After heading the kitchen at L.A.'s Standard Hotel, chef Marc Urwand and partners set up shop here between downtown and Broad Ripple. Nearly everything on the premises is made fresh each day, and the fluffy overstuffed omelets, seasonal soups, and dense flaky cheddar biscuits stand out. If you can't dine in, check out the counter, where you can order breads, cheeses, pastries, jams, and more -- all perfect for a picnic.
