Dryburgh Abbey Sixteen kilometers (10 miles) west of Kelso and 6km (4 miles) southeast of Melrose (off A68), you'll find the town of Dryburgh and its ruined abbey. The adjoining town is St. Boswells, an old village on the Selkirk-Kelso road.
