Nightlife
One of the best entertainment centers in the Lake District is the Brewery Arts Centre, Highgate (tel. 01539/725133; www.breweryarts.co.uk), which includes two cinemas, a theater, the Green Room restaurant, two cafe bars, and other venues in a converted brewery. The box office for all attractions is open Monday to Saturday 10am to 8:30pm and Sunday 11am to 8:30pm. Note: This information was accurate when it was published, but can change without notice.
