Huge fun for kids of all ages is guaranteed at this interactive science museum on the outskirts of the northerly suburb of Alcobendas, just a short bus trip from Plaza Castilla. Here activity rooms show how nature's laws work and how matter evolves from atomic structure into the most complex forms of life. There's also a Bubble Planetarium and two year-round exhibitions that are worth a couple of hours of anyone's time. In between visiting the different attractions you can recharge with a snack and drink at the cafeteria.
