This restaurant opened in 2001 with two branches, one in the central Calle Mayor and the other in Chamberí district. Each serves soups, seitanes, risottos, and pastries (as well as some tempting nonvegetarian "biological" meat dishes) -- complete with an additional special kiddie menu -- in a bright open buffet dining area with large windows, a terrace, and a special air-conditioned section for smokers. The adjoining shop dispenses a comprehensive range of organic products -- right down to ecologically approved pet food!
