Decorated in typically inviting Mediterranean style with murals of rural landscapes and divided into four intimate salons, it's run by the family of Jorge García, whose close relatives in Norway are the inspiration for the Scandinavian recipes. The exquisitely prepared dishes, based on the finest ingredients, cover everything from Norwegian herring in marinades to Levante style arroz abanda, a variation of traditional paella using different varieties of seafood. One eclectic standout is the roast ribs of tender baby lamb, while for vegetarians there's a delicious parrillada de verduras, or grilled fresh vegetables.
