As the name implies, you get your grub in double-quick time here. What you may not realize, though, is that this bright and cheery place, located in the NH Eurobuilding in the northerly zone of Cuzco just below Plaza Castilla, is the brainchild of no less a personage than Spain's master chef Ferran Adrià. So what you get -- at a truly budget price -- is inventive quality food. McDonald's or Burger King, this ain't. The nifty, squeaky clean menu includes yummy delights such as pasta con parmesan and Panini Brie, Bacon, and Spinach, all neatly prepared and quite scrumptious. You can help yourself at the salad bar, or get table service for hot dishes like hamburguesa de ternera (tarragon flavored veal hamburger), served with olive oil and fries. The colorful but chic comic strip-inspired decor fits the fun mood exactly, and the casually clad staff is young, chirpy, and relaxed. There's also a lower-priced, smaller-portioned but equally tasty children's menu.
