This modest but comfortable five-story hotel, located right beside the tree-lined Paseo de Prado and directly opposite the Botanical Gardens, is just a short stroll from both the Atocha railway station and Reina Sofia and Prado museums. Refurbished throughout, the traditional hotel has a bright comfortable lounge with stylish cream pillars and an adjoining bar-cafeteria with a variety of breakfasts, from continental to American. Staff is very friendly and the rooms neat and well appointed.
