This is one of the newest hotels in the charming Hoteles Catalonia chain to appear in Madrid. Opened in January 2006, it occupies a renovated 18th-century house halfway between the Cortes square and lively Plaza Santa Ana. All rooms have been furnished in a tastefully classical style but feature every modern amenity. The staff is particularly friendly and helpful. The small restaurant provides ample buffet breakfasts.
