This bar on two floors attracts some of the most visible artists, actors, models, and filmmakers in Madrid. The name comes from the word cocktail, or so they say. The decor is elaborate and unique, in contrast to the hip clientele; the martinis are Madrid's best. Open daily from 7pm to 3am; closed December 24 to 31. Drinks are 8€ ($10).
