Frommer's Review
Noodle dishes, spring and egg rolls, and piquant soups are served in plentiful portions at this clean, family-run restaurant off Poplar Avenue near Midtown. There's nothing fancy about Pho Saigon's interior, but basic chairs and tables and a few knickknacks are all that's necessary. The menu is extensive, the wait staff friendly and helpful with suggestions, and the food fresh and utterly addictive.
