Memphis's only rooftop swimming pool is the best boast of this otherwise lackluster hotel that has a prime location on Front Street overlooking the Mississippi River. Despite updated exterior work and new signage, the hotel's rooms are a bit blander than others in its price range. Quite often, you'll see busloads of tour groups staying at the hotel. So if you're after a more intimate setting, you might want to look elsewhere first. Still the hotel is a viable option if other properties are booked.
