If you want to get away from it all, try this surprisingly remote lodge in the off season. (During ski season it can be difficult to get a reservation.) The inn consists of a main building and a handful of modern log cabins. These latter accommodations should be your first choice here. The cabins have two bedrooms and a loft area reached by a spiral staircase. There are also rooms with full kitchens. The inn's restaurant serves decent, reasonably priced steaks. At the end of the day you can soak yourself in one of the inn's whirlpool spas.
