If you like sweet wines, watch for the Wasson Brothers wine-tasting room, 17020 Ruben Lane, at U.S. 26 (tel. 503/668-3124; www.wassonwine.com), as you drive through Sandy. This winery produces a wide range of fruit wines and also does quite a few dry varietals. The tasting room is open daily from 9am to 5pm.
