Frommer's Review
Set on 1.4 flat and verdant hectares (3 1/2 acres) of thriving vegetation across the road from the beach, this place offers a collection of artfully mismatched accommodations that have evolved over time. It began as the original yoga school in Negril.
Three of the units lie within La Casa Blanca, a cement-sided building whose angularity evokes a work by Le Corbusier. The remaining units all lie within funky-looking wood-and-concrete cottages, each with a ceiling fan but no air-conditioning. Overall, the aura is artfully spartan and carefully synchronized with nature, permeated with a Zen-like calm. The social center is an open-aired pavilion where the owner teaches Hatha yoga for US$10 (£5) per class. Meals cost from US$6 to US$15 (£3-£7.50) and are served at 3 and 7pm, depending on which seating is available.
Facilities:
Dining room; massage; nonsmoking rooms; rooms for those w/limited mobility; yoga
