Frommer's Review
The decor couldn't be simpler: a black ceiling, white walls, and an old-fashioned terra-cotta floor. The youthful staff is fashionable and relaxed, sometimes in jeans. Many diners prefer the outdoor terrace overlooking the Marché aux Fleurs, but all appreciate the reasonably priced meals that appear in generous portions. Menu items include a pungent bagna cauda, which calls for diners to immerse vegetables in a sizzling brew of hot oil and anchovy paste; grilled peppers bathed in olive oil; daube (stew) of beef; fresh pasta with basil; and an omelet with blettes (tough but flavorful greens). The unfortunately named merda de can (dog poop) is gnocchi stuffed with spinach and is a lot more appetizing than it sounds.
