Most would fall into the Expensive or Very Expensive categories. Also, many properties, such as Beaches and Sandals, can be reached via toll-free numbers. Otherwise, use a good travel agent.
All-Inclusive Resorts -- More so than any resort in Jamaica, Ocho Rios is now firmly in the all-inclusive resort camp. Many of the older and more established inns have been swallowed up by the Sandals umbrella, reborn as all-inclusives with names like "Beaches."
Not for independent or frugal types, these all-inclusives -- where things can feel scheduled and formulaic -- are nevertheless the best, most luxurious lodgings at Ocho Rios (with an exception or two). Most are quite expensive as a result. The following resorts all include your room, drinks, and meals, plus often many activities, in the price.
