Centered on a much-restored water mill built by a British planter 200-odd years ago, this 53-hectare (130-acre) commercial nursery welcomes visitors on guided tours of its formal lawns, fountains, lakes, and ponds. If you're a devoted botanist, you'll appreciate the diversity of plants. Within a greenhouse, you'll see thousands of flourishing orchids and anthuriums (many shipped as cut flowers to the U.S.). Horseback riding is also available here, costing US$50 (£25) for 2-hour trail rides.
