Frommer's Review
Popular with a widely divergent crowd of Europeans, Jamaicans, and Americans, it operates from a unpretentious-looking opening in a building that overlooks a boardwalk-style waterfront pier. There's a collection of aluminum-tube chairs placed near tables, directly on the dock, but the genuine extroverts usually opt for a seat directly at the bar, where they gossip and kibbutz for hours as the evening progresses. Open daily from 8am till midnight, it charges American-style prices (from $8.50 to $10 each) for daiquiris and for drinks with names that include Jamaica Me Crazy and Fire in the Hole. Our favorite night? Tuesdays, when some of the town's least likely candidates step up to the microphone for karaoke beginning at 9pm. Immediately upstairs from Ocean's 11 is Ocho Rios' most appealing coffee shop and Internet station, the Ocean's 11 Coffee Museum and Internet Cafe.
