For some of the best burgers in northern Utah, as well as a wide variety of basic American dishes and great breakfasts, head to Jeremiah's. A local favorite -- due in part to its large portions and reasonable prices -- the attractive Western restaurant has consistently been voted "Best Breakfast in Northern Utah" in Salt Lake City Weekly's readers poll. In addition to about a dozen styles of burgers -- including a buffalo burger and a meatless burger -- you can also order up a sirloin steak, smoked pork chops, salads and sandwiches, and several chicken dishes. The extensive breakfast menu includes about a dozen omelets, various meat and egg options, and pancakes. Early birds can catch the break-of-dawn breakfast special between 6 and 9am. The huge, popular scones and cinnamon rolls are served all day. Full liquor service is available.
