Utah's mining days are the theme here -- the rough-timbered rooms resemble mine shafts, and collectibles and antiques from the mining era are scattered about. Arrive early for our choice -- the prime rib -- which often sells out. The menu also offers a variety of steaks, fish, and seafood; barbecue is featured on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights. For dessert, try the Timber pie, a chocolate-chip-cookie concoction topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. Full liquor service is available.
