This is the sales outlet for the most dynamic and creative ceramic artists in Palermo. Set in the fashionable Via Libertà neighborhood, it sells inventories based on 19th-century Sicilian models, but always with a sophisticated, modern twist. The result is a shop that's often visited by owners of nearby beach houses and condos who stock up on jardinieres, planters, lace-edged bowls and platters, and holders for votive candles. We love the wall-mounted receptacles for holy water, priced at 40€ ($48); they show Madonnas, some of them black, "in conversation." Prices are lower than you'd expect.
