Occupying a restored Victorian home overlooking Seville Square in Historic Pensacola Village, Dharma Blue is a cozy cafe with an expansive menu featuring everything from sushi to an excellent pork tenderloin with molasses-braised collard greens over roasted red potatoes with whole grain mustard beurre blanc. For lunch, try the prime rib po' boy, with shaved prime rib on gambino bread, crunchy cabbage, tomato, onion, and horseradish-cracked black pepper mayonnaise.
