Frommer's Review
In the lobby of the Amanjaya Hotel, one of Phnom Penh's coolest boutique properties overlooking Sisowath Quay at its very center, this chic little international bar and bistro is French owned and managed. The menu covers all the bases. They feature an array of savory salads. Fine pastas are made fresh and cooked to order. Find good meat and poultry entrees, seafood specials, and a host of good Khmer dishes as well as snacks and sides. Dessert is a cornucopia of cakes and pies, a lime-and-lemon torte and brownies as well as ice cream, banana splits, or a dish called "The Colonel" of lemon sherbet and vodka. The air-conditioned double-height interior has cozy wooden booths for privacy and is flanked by a long wooden bar area, popular among expats. The place is a busy catwalk in the evening.
