This is Quimper's leading restaurant, serving lunch only. In a contemporary-looking dining room, it focuses on seafood and very fresh fish, but offers a scattering of meat dishes. Your meal may include roasted crayfish with sweet spices, delectable smoked John Dory perfumed with algae, fondant of pigs' foot with exotic mushrooms, and roasted pigeon with baby vegetables. Customers rave about the dessert specialty of local strawberries marinated in spiced wine. The wine list features 150 to 200 mostly French vintages.
