This headquarters of a local bank is one of Rouen's showcase Gothic buildings. Built in the 15th century by William the Red and enlarged in the Renaissance, it's noteworthy for its interior courtyard, the only part of the building you can visit regularly. In the courtyard, look back at the octagonal stair tower. The left gallery is entirely Renaissance. The building sometimes opens on weekends for special exhibitions.
