Housed in a 125-year-old heritage mansion just across from the beach, Village Novo has a number of nice rooms at reasonable rates. The two best rooms are nos. 201 and 301. Room no. 201 is the biggest room in the house, with beautiful hardwood floors and a small veranda overlooking the beach. Just one floor up, no. 301 is the most comfortable room, with a larger veranda and queen-size bed. The remaining rooms, located in other parts of the building, are still pleasant but quite a bit smaller. For families, there is a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and a sitting room with a pull-out bed in addition to the queen-size bed. The Village has just expanded with a bakery/cafe and Internet cafe. Both are excellent additions to this nice budget hotel. Note: At the hotel itself you can pay only with Visa but if you reserve and pay online you can pay with all the credit cards listed below.
