You can't get a better view than this. The Café do Farol is inside the lighthouse at Barra and the patio has one of the most amazing views of the ocean and the city of Salvador. You can come here for a drink or enjoy a meal or a snack: a popular and inexpensive choice are the sweet or savory crepes. To access the cafe you must pay admission to the museum (R$3/US$1.25). Open Tuesday through Sunday 9am to 11pm.
