Twenty-two stories up in the Gaslamp Quarter Marriott, this long, narrow open-air space looks down on PETCO Park and the Convention Center. The best view of downtown is curiously walled off by a water sculpture that backs the bar. No worries -- there's still lots to look at, as well as fire pits and DJ-spun grooves.
