Frommer's Review
With live jazz 7 nights a week, this Sanibel hepcat serves equally jazzy cuisine, from the Sweet Georgia Brown Chop -- grilled veal chop stuffed with prosciutto ham and mascarpone herb filling with pickled cherry and fig chutney -- to Ella's Eggplant Roulade with ricotta and spinach herb stuffing, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and red pepper coulis. Be sure to try Ellington's Escargot Empanadas, which are made with apple wood smoked bacon. The Duke would be proud.
