So trendy is Veridiana that it does not have a name on the door, but not to worry -- you can't miss the beautiful rust-colored heritage building on the corner of Avenida Higienópolis and Rua da Veridiana (the valet-parking guys give it away). This beautifully restored building, originally from 1903, is one of the most elegant pizzerias we have ever seen. The menu offers pizza at its most traditional -- thin crusts, and just a few quality ingredients per pizza. The grande serves two people, and you can order different combos on each half of the pizza.
