Frommer's Review
São Paulo's attempt at re-creating the typical Rio botequim gets points for verisimilitude. Lots of tables on the sidewalk, lots of people out for a beer and a chat with friends, while eternally surly waiters serve up a never-ending stream of chopp. Undeniably Paulista, however, are both the fashion sense of the crowd and the high quality of the food. Nibbles include an outstanding cold-cut buffet with a huge variety of cheeses, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and marinated mushrooms. Open Monday through Wednesday 5pm to 3am, Thursday and Friday 5pm to 4am, Saturday noon to 4am, and Sunday noon to 7pm.
