You'll find this little oceanfront hotel up at the north end of the Promenade, away from all the activity in the center of town but still only a short walk from good restaurants. Most guest rooms have balconies, ocean views, and gas fireplaces. There are also large suites. All the rooms have a vaguely Italianate style, though it's obvious the decorator was on a tight budget. Some suites have kitchenettes. Keep in mind that although this hotel is right on the beach, it's a very wide beach.
