At Inagiku, you'll have excellent Japanese food that gets top marks for ingredients, preparation, and presentation. In delicately lighted and subtle decor, you can enjoy house favorites like sashimi, tempura, and teppanyaki -- with separate dining areas for tempura and a sushi bar. The tokusen sashimi morikimi is masterful in its presentation: an assortment of raw fish -- including salmon, prawns, and clams -- is laid out in an ice-filled shell inside of which nestles the skeleton of a whole fish. It's odd and delightful at the same time. I recommend the tempura moriawase, a combination of seafood and vegetables that's very lightly deep-fried. Also highly recommended are the teppanyaki prawns. In addition to sake, there is also a good selection of wines.
